Not honest or thorough in explaining how much their treatment plans will be. Was pressured into taking out a loan through Care Credit that they claimed was "interest-free" for my dad's implants while he was still in the patient seat. Turns out it's only interest-free for a limited time before they charge you an insane percentage. Was told that the amount we paid would cover his entire treatment but then was told he would have to come in for deep cleaning more often after getting his implants (that were not covered by the amount we already paid). After expressing my frustrations, they said "we were confident you could pay for everything" based on absolutely nothing.

A special shout out to Karen! She is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I truly appreciated how comfortable and informed she made me feel throughout my visit. Esmeralda, Blanca, and Kim are always so kind and welcoming. And lastly, thank you, Dr. Jacob, for your excellent care and professionalism. I truly enjoy coming in!

I had a 2:00 appointment there today and they were so kind , quick and efficient. I highly recommend this dental office to be your choice because the dentist was quick and patient as well, always asked how i felt and if i was okay. Very compassionate and caring, the ladies were also very helpful. 10/10 best dental office I been too and will recommend everyone too. Thank you guys! You’re awesome! :)

Love the docs and the staff. Had to have a tooth extracted and an implant were still in the process, but the staff is lovely. The place is beautiful and the service has been excellent. I feel really good about this place advanced imagery for Teeth, which as a retired scientist science teacher really impressed me. Love them. You can’t go wrong.

My kids and I had such a great experience at Venetian dental office! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease. You can really tell they care about their patients and go the extra mile to create a comfortable environment. Dr Phen was not only professional but also very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed or unsure about my treatment—they made sure I understood my options and felt confident moving forward. What stood out the most was how supportive and patient everyone was throughout my visit. It honestly made what can sometimes be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring. I highly recommend Venetian Family Dental to anyone looking for a dental team that is kind, professional, and truly dedicated to excellent care!
